I am beyond satisfied with my sales representative, Shannon Valente. I met her when I was attending open houses with my parents and saw her at two back-to-back open houses. I had the chance to speak with her and I was impressed with her knowledge of each home, the location, and of everything related to the real estate world. I instantly told myself, this is the agent I want to pick to help me find my future home. I am very happy with that decision. From the beginning, Shannon was very attentive to my needs and desires, and often made herself available at the last minute when I saw a listing that caught my eye. She honed in on my wish-list items and made them a reality for me. Shannon did not stop there. Her negotiation skills help me secure additional items and ensured that closing was within my timeline. Once the deal was done, there was more! Shannon continued to make herself available for me. She has assisted with the post-purchase process and has relieved so much of my stress, as I headed into a very busy few weeks at work. As a working professional, she has made this process a million times easier for me. I have not had this level of exceptional customer service in my past purchases. Shannon is an excellent all-around person, sales representative, and now, friend. I would highly recommend Shannon and would be happy to use her as my sales representative again.

If you need a realtor in the St Catharines area then Shannon should be your one and only call! We came to her with very little time left to help find our son an apartment. We knew nothing of the changed rental market and Shannon walked us through every single step. We were able to find the perfect apartment for our son and we could not have done it without Shannon. She was so extremely knowledgeable not only about the ins and out is the rental market but also St Catharines. She was personable and responsive (and believe me I ask a lot of questions). We cannot thank her enough!

Shannon's plan and knowledge of the market was extremely comforting during a nervous time looking for a house. She explained all my options to me and the best strategy for the market we were in.
